This patient is in her fifties and was starting to be concerned with aging changes around her eyes. She complained that her eyelids felt heavy and she could feel them rubbing against her eyelashes. This got particularly bad by the end of the day. We performed upper lid blepharoplasty in the office. Her pain was minimal and she was very pleased with her result. Her postoperative photos were taken three months following her surgery.
