This patient in her fifties was concerned about bulging below her eyes and that the overall appearance of her eyes made her look tired. She had an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty at a local surgery center using sedation anesthesia. She is beyond thrilled with her result. Her postoperative photos were taken about four months after the procedure.
