Here we have a patient in her thirties who came to Dr. Schmidt for a rhinoplasty. She wanted a smaller nose with a more defined tip. She had a large, wide nose with a moderately large dorsal hump and a boxy nasal tip. These were managed through an open approach. She loves her new nose! Her nasal tip went from a box to a nice triangle, her nose is smaller, and her breathing is good. The post-operative photos were taken four months after her procedure.
