Here we have a patient in her late teens who had fallen and broken her nose about four months before coming in. She had formed a bump on her nose and couldn’t breathe through the left side. She had a large dorsal hump and a deviated septum. These were managed through a closed approach. Her post-operative photos were taken six weeks after her procedure. Her breathing was improved and she was very glad to be rid of her dorsal hump.
