This patient in her late twenties had a long history of nasal obstruction after being kicked in the nose while cheerleading. Her nose was twisted with a severely deviated septum and severely crooked external nose. We addressed this with an open rhinoplasty, using a septoplasty, cartilage grafting, and osteotomies to straighten the nose and improve her breathing. She loves result-her nose is straight and her breathing is greatly improved. More importantly, her nose looks natural. These postoperative photos were taken three months following her procedure.
