This patient in her twenties had long-standing nasal obstruction and headaches. She also was bothered by the twisted appearance of the base of her nose. She had a severely deviated septum that was sticking out in to her right nostril. This was managed with an open rhinoplasty where we rebuilt her septum.
After the surgery, her breathing was greatly improved and she was very pleased with her new, straighter, nose.
